Lifetime, Limited Structural WarrantyPolar Pools warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own your pool. There will be no transfer to second owner. Structural sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all the loads without cracking or causing water loss. If the shell is found not to be sound Polar Pools, will at no cost to Buyer, perform repairs necessary to restore its structural integrity and water holding ability. Polar pools does not warranty against damage to shell caused by failure to maintain proper water levels or ground water rising above the lowest point of the pool. |
Polar Pools Standard WarrantyAll of the labor, materials, other than noted above, used in the construction of your pool are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of the interior is completed. In the event of a defect of malfunction, please notify our customer service at (480) 985-7600 and your services call will be dispatched promptly. Note: Pool cracking about the water line and below the decking is normal due to soil movement. Polar Pools will repair at no charge, one time withing the first 2 years of start up date. |
LimitationsIt is the Buyers responsibility to maintain their pool. Polar Pools & Spas does not warranty normal maintenance items, such as, but not limited to: Lubricating of O-Ring on backwash valves, pump seals, shes, flaps and or moving parts on cleaners, rocks or debris caught in cleaner or cleaning of Cartridge Filters or DE filters. Polar Pools & Spas does not warrant any materials provided by owner of owners agent and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from. It is recommend to homeowner that any irrigation lines, grass or plants used for landscaping be kept 3 feet from deck edge. Polar Pools & Spas is not responsible for matching colors or brands if no longer available to Polar Pools & Spas, but will make every reasonable effort to match them as close as possible. Polar Pools & Spas may substitute parts of items as deemed necessary by Polar Pools & Spas. Polar Pools & Spas is not responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages as a result of use of ownership of our pool and spas installation. |
